Adam started his career in advanced manufacturing. Working for iconic manufactures such Lockheed Martin, Porsche, Lamborghini and Holden. Through this work Adam had exposure to the latest materials and engineering techniques. Such as explicit FEA analysis of dynamic events using LS-Dyna, press hardened steel and carbon fibre structures.
With the continual decline of advanced manufacturing within the Australian marketplace Adam transitioned his career into the construction industry. Using his knowledge of composite materials and FEA he has engineered some of the most iconic building facades and public art pieces in Australia.
Adam has been recognised by Engineers Australia as one of Australia’s most innovative engineers for his work on the Spanda sculpture. The article from the EA Create magazine is pictured below.
